WorldTel updates it's helpdesk web 2.0 tool
On 02/13/2009, WorldTel updated it's helpdesk web 2.0 tool.  We have added a new logo and a link to the corporate site.  For our self-managed customers, we have added a link to support services for these web hosting services.  We will continue to bring improvements to our helpdesk web 2.0 tools in the future.
