WorldTel has updated it's Helpdesk Web 2.0 tool. We have added a new logo and a link to our corporate website. For our Self-Managed customers, we have added a link to support services. This if for services provided to customers without a dedicated sales rep. We will continue to bring improvements to our Helpdesk Web 2.0 tools in the future.

WorldTel announces today the beta testing period for it's new Helpdesk Web 2.0 tool. This online tool will help streamline the process of customer technical support and inquires related to customer service for websites, hosted applications and dedicated server services.
